Dynamic Soccer co-founders Gary and Carine Ireland are considered some of the best technical trainers in the US. Both have an impeccable record of helping produce some of the best talent in the country.

Both are former players with Gary training at Chelsea FC and Barcelona and as a player for Queensland in Australia while Carine played for Liverpool FC. In addition to co-founding Dynamic Soccer, they founded Northern California youth club PSV Union FC where they coach frequently. Gary was former assistant to the legendary technical skills coach Wiel Coerver, and was hired by Liverpool FC to train players at their famed Academy. He was also lead technical demonstrator for renowned technical coach Hubert Vogelsinger. They currently train, coach and mentor players from many youth clubs (ECNL, GA & NPL), college players and trained current USA and Mexico national youth team and NWSL professional players (see player testimonials) and regularly prepare players to play internationally at European professional clubs. They are endorsed by many highly reputable soccer figures such as Tom Sermanni (ex-Canada Asst. coach, Orlando Pride, Australian & New Zealand Womens National team, USA) North Carolina womens coach Anson Dorrance, Puskas Academy Director Peter Horvath (Hungary) and former Liverpool FC Academy director John Owens, coach of Steven Gerrard and Michael Owen (see Testimonials page). They have hosted some of the most famous individuals and prestigious clubs such as Pele, Bobby Moore, Fiorentina, Liverpool FC, Ajax Amsterdam and have taken teams to Europe to play against many of the top English club as well as arranged the North Carolina Womens Soccer team tour vs. Australia & New Zealand National Teams. Gary holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool's Football Industries Program and Carine received a BA from Stanford University and MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
