Anson is a legendary FIFA Women’s World Cup Winning Coach, 22x NCAA Div I champion, 7x NCAA Women’s Coach of the Year, 1x NCAA Men’s Coach of the Year, and the former head coach of North Carolina Tarheels Women’s Soccer for 45 years, one of the most successful NCAA Division I college sports programs in history. Anson is one of the most iconic and influential figures in global women's soccer and the driving force behind some of the most recognized names in women’s soccer, including FIFA World Players of the Year, 65 US Women’s National Team players and hundreds of professional players whom he trained at North Carolina Women's soccer and as coach of the US WNT.
